She's supported over 40 Founders & CEOs in crafting growth marketing strategies, finessing their business models and optimising their approach for scalability. Cassandra has deep experience in the startup ecosystem and capital raising market in Australia, empowering her with both marketing and business expertise. Paired with her love of consumer psychology, for Cassandra, marketing has always been a method of dreaming big - creating with no limits. Her vision for Fame is to build an intricate community of female founders where members can thrive off one another's success, encouraging collaboration, brand cross-overs, and knowledge sharing. With the rise of female founders in Australia, up from 22% in 2021, Cassandra hopes to lead Fame Marketing in having an impact, supporting the growth of the next generation of business women and directly accelerating the success of female-led companies. The movement towards female-specific entrepreneurial support groups, funding programs and incubators has already begun. Through Fame, Cassandra hopes to offer her expertise in creative and strategic marketing verticals and make real connections with like-minded, inspiring women.
